Great app!

Great website to purchase automobiles in a convenient and comfortable way

Employees are rude!

Kody Johnson

The app is good but the Copart employees are total a$$h0les. They are very rude and definitely not there to help you. They just want your money and want you to get out. I had a very bad experience and I would not recommend. Go through the classic Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace instead.

New App Won’t Sign In

The new app won’t sign in... just sits there and thinks forever... useless for members to bid

App no longer works

-Lawstone-

The most recent update has bricked the app. It will not allow me to login to the app. After typing in my username and password, it just sits there trying to connect and verify the login credentials.

App stopped working

Blrbrest

Updated my app and it is not working anymore. Nothing opens, cant do anything in it. I have iphone 10. Ios 12.

Bad costumer service

houston claim

Crash

today 11/192019 I have stopped winning 3 cars for the application that this freeze is incredible a company with so much power that these things happen

The app is great, the only thing I wish they would add is where it says in the description whether the car “runs and drives” like on the website. Other than that the app is pretty good.

The reason this is not more stars is because I have bought about 10 cars and, one said it had keys, they were NOT there and it ended up costing me $300 to buy keys for it. I bought a riding lawn mower that was advertised to be a 2015, took it apart and it was a 2008, and I’m having a hard time finding parts because it is so old, I bought a 2008 Ford pickup that had a power chip and someone had taken it out of it when I went to pick it up. Bought an Audi 2005 A6 that stated that it ran and drove and when I picked it up it had a broken oil pan and there was no oil in it. Bought a Toyota Camry and someone had taken the battery out and put the wrong one in and shorted out the electrical system.
