I m still waiting my cars delivery for 3 weeks from Pennsylvania To New York . It is just taking your money and not giving your car. Never buy again anything

There fees are outrageous and they are the most difficult auction I have ever dealt with we did a legal business name change and they won’t even change it on the auction side every other auction we’re with had no issues they told me I need to pay and start a new account. I hate to say it but I have towed for these guys and bought a ton of vehicles not one good experience.

Hello, I just realized the seller doesn’t show on the mobile app, but when you login to the website it does shows. Please fix that. Thanks in advance.

Use to be a good place to get project cars. It’s going to cost you $59 or $199 per year plus deposit for your membership now. The fees have gone up so much. Using secured funds (money order or cashiers check) a $1200.00 vehicle will cost you $1648 after the fees. If you use a credit card then add another $105 to that. The pictures they take of most vehicles are terrible. You’ve been fair warned.

Application bug keeps it signed in

This app seems to keep you signed into the account even if you try to change the password via web. I sold my phone last week and changed my password as i thought it would sign my old phone out automatically , next thing I know is that someone is placing bids on my user without me knowing. The app does not respond to a password change and keeps you signed in as long as you do not sign out manually even if you change the password it will not ask for a password update before you bid on any car. I ended up deactivating my account.
