Decent app just a couple issues

The app works good. Easy to use and navigate. I don’t like that when your bidding it doesn’t tell you the current live bid, you basically have to guess and keep going up until you’ve been told your winning the bid again, it’ll tell you the current bid is 3,000 and that your outbid , and if someone bid 4,000 you wouldn’t know that so until you keep guessing and raising your bid until you go over 4,000 you have no way in knowing the bid is that high. Also the fact that you have to download and sign up with Copart is kinda stupid but I can deal with that.

app doesn’t work. Won’t allow you to log in and whenever you go to look at anything it gives the error “an error occurred processing requests.” I’ve purchased from crashed toys a few times using the app. It’s a shame to see it not work anymore..

Can’t register

I reached the end of the registration process (which is mandatory, not complaining) where you upload a picture of your govn’t issued ID, at which point I followed the directions (hit Browse, take a pic, hit Submit) and an “Unexpected Error” occurred. So, now I’m not registered, can’t even look at what the app has to offer, and an app is wasting memory on my phone. P.S.- I’m still interested in the service, so if y’all could fix the problem I’d really appreciate it. I’m familiar with Copart, and your reputation is great. Didn’t mean to sound bitchy, just want to buy wrecked bikes : )
