Horrible since the update

The only pro to this is the messaging, other than that I have lost other items that I had on there for sale, what happened the the accept/decline option when selling. It use to be when you accepted the offer then no one else could make an offer unless the sale was canceled.
Keep public comments!

I like the concept but browsing isn't always easy and I wish you kept your spot when you switched out of the app. The new updates notes that public comments are going to be discontinued - bad idea. Public comments make it easier and is more efficient to see if questions I had have already been asked/answered versus waiting on the seller or buyer to respond.

While it let me post one item, unfortunately, my post for another item keeps getting an error message and timing out without reason! Hope this gets fixed.

I updated in the middle of negotiating a sale and lost the entire thing. When the buyer comments on the item I get a notification but it doesn't appear in the app. The buyer bud twice already and I can't see the offer to accept it. This is awful. I can't contact they buyer to explain this problem. I'm left to send my email through one of his items for sale and hope no one else abuses it.

It when from bad to worse! Whoever is in charge of app design failed miserably! Please consider 5 miles, Letgo or any other! Less trouble and easier way to sell your stuff!

The update was bad. Let's go back to the old one. People are Still asking about an item that already sold and deleted. The offer issue is worst. Please fix it!

I looooooooooooove the App. Pleeeeeeease return to the previous format or at least bring back the 'X' or 'delete' option when something comes back 'unpublished'.

I was content with Close5 until the wrong location came up on my main display and on my profile after doing the required app update. I lost a couple of good selling weekends. Since I am doing this because I'm moving and needed to come up with moving money, this really had a resounding effect! Each time I have contacted customer support, apparently they don't really read the messages, they responded, you need to do the update. Yeah.....I did the update and it caused this problem, I just told you that! To this they blanket responded again, you need to do the update. By the way....it wasn't just me, there were a number of other that messaged me saying it did the same thing to them. A lot of wasted time discussing purchases that ended with "oh, can you ship it, I'm in San Francisco". Seriously??? Not cool!
