Customer support, please actually read what we send you! – Close5 - Buy & Sell Stuff Locally Review

I was content with Close5 until the wrong location came up on my main display and on my profile after doing the required app update. I lost a couple of good selling weekends. Since I am doing this because I'm moving and needed to come up with moving money, this really had a resounding effect! Each time I have contacted customer support, apparently they don't really read the messages, they responded, you need to do the update. Yeah.....I did the update and it caused this problem, I just told you that! To this they blanket responded again, you need to do the update. By the way....it wasn't just me, there were a number of other that messaged me saying it did the same thing to them. A lot of wasted time discussing purchases that ended with "oh, can you ship it, I'm in San Francisco". Seriously??? Not cool!
