This app has a lot of potential, but just a lot of glitches and or missing functions that seem to be very necessary to make any kind of complete transaction. The main problem is notifications are glitchy or hardly work. I'm having times where it tells me I have 2 notifications, I go in the app and it doesn't indicate anything within the app that those notifications are for. I click on multiple different areas or pending offers and see nothing and they don't go away. Or I'm not receiving notifications at all when someone dose write me first or responds back to me. So I have no clue that someone has contacted me. I like many others don't have time to always remember to check my app every 5 minutes to see if someone's communicated or not. i've had multiple situations where people seemed really interested then all of a sudden disappear likely because they never got my response back. someone wrote me like a week earlier and I had no clue till I randomly went to check on that item. By then they no longer wanted the item To me these are pretty important issues that need to be fixed an addressed. The set up of how you list your items and everything is fine, but it's pointless if no one can communicate and you almost have to give out your cell phone number even though they tell you that you shouldn't... Get it together close5, you're better than this -.-

So far, so good. So far I have not run into any creepy people like on Craig's List. Sold first item pretty quick.
Can't rate buyers and seller

This app leaves a lot to be desired. For example, why doesn't the app have a place where you can rate the person on the other side of the transaction? I had an item sell and the buyer never got in contact so I had to relist. There is no place to rate the buyer to say that he is not really trustworthy. This app should have a pay feature like PayPal so that buyers must transact after a deal is agreed upon. How else can the app be taken seriously? A person can buy items all day with no real intention to actually pay for and receive the items sold. I contacted the developers and got an auto reply that was basically like we've heard that before and we are looking into it. That was 5 months ago. Another example of how this app could improve is that it doesn't allow you to see the members who are looking at your items for sale. Let's say your item doesn't sell it would be nice to contact the watchers and gauge their interest. Needless to say this app is far from where it needs to be to compete with the bigger more established commerce sites. Could use some improvements here.

Offer up is a very cool concept but the notification system doesn't always work. It's easy to sell items and buy items.

so easy to use! notifications don't show immediately and I'm left wondering which app just sounded - and then which item it sounded for. wish sold items would show immediately. many time I have touched something to see more about it only to find out it's sold. would love to see a way to "dicker" with folks without having to completely decline their offer.
