Most people stick to their agreement and there are a few who take you through the entire ordeal and suddenly stop communicating and become a no show.

App is easy to use and have had success with selling many things. Some of the buyers however are a different story. Lots of games, low ridiculous offers, then the no shows after a deal is made.
