Citrix X1 mouse does not work

After latest iOS update Citrix X1 mouse driver connects & cursor appears but mouse will not move, left & right buttons do not function
Works but still needs help

It works great for logging in. But in not about to use my Bluetooth keyboard.. it’s forcing me to use the onscreen keyboard off of the server .. not fun
Does not work like it did before

I have to keep reinstalling this app because that is the only way for me to logon. After the first time login, it continues to say incorrect credentials even though my password is 100% correct. So I have to reinstall and then I could log in but only one time before it starts giving me incorrect credentials again.
Scrolling...

I still can’t figure out how to scroll using the Scroll On feature. Why not just add the industry standard 2 finger swipe for scrolling?? Also, the button at the bottom to expand the 6 button tray... there should be an option to keep it always visible. Pretty stupid that to make it visible you have to tap the screen, possibly clicking whatever was under that spot.
Keyboard keeps popping up

The keyboard keeps popping up every touch input. Very annoying. To tap keyboard icon to make it go away to see screen of desktop
Works 50% of the time but great when does

This product is marginal at best. When it works it’s amazing. However it only is able to log in about half the time and the iPad Pro version does not now allow me to even use it. The place for passwords just blanks out. It’s always been marginal at best.
Won’t load my Citrix profile

Everything seems good to go, I spoke with my IT guy and he had the same issue. Basically it stops loading halfway through the login process to Citrix desktop. Please let me know how to fix
