Can’t set resolution when opening from ica file

The option to set a higher resolution or use the resolution of external monitor is not possible when starting a connection from ICA file. Having to use such a low resolution by default is killing me!

On iPad Pro, doesn’t allow electronic keyboard to come up, so can’t even type to log in to power chart. Please fix -Jsmoothie

There is a lot of potential for this application to improve access for Citrix based systems but unfortunately right now this app crashes just as often as it works.

Logging in takes 5 minutes, there is no switching apps and let it run in the background for mote than 15 seconds or it boots me out . Navigating utilizing the keyboard that must be used ( not apples native) is a complete joke. there is nothing good about this app on an iPhone
Great app but disconnects too often

Usually works great but would like the connection to be longer so it doesn’t disconnect and have to reconnect by closing the app and reconnecting

I’m server admin at my job, so I have other ways of working remotely (VPN). But Citrix was the from day one, and you know what? It works. I can 100% do my job remotely with Citrix. I still remember using it more than a decade ago to access VAX VMS mainframes.

What’s new in the app should be visible in the App Store, not at some link you’re supposed to “refer [to]” that’s not even tappable.
