The app shows me to work remotely so I can do work whenever I want, even if I wake up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat and realize I forgot to do something. ??

The app was working well until the latest update. Now EPIC crashes frequently. Very disappointing because I had found it to be very useful.

My company set it up so, with Citrix, I can sign on to my system with remote access. Very handy and works well.
Can’t login anymore

An update went out to all my devices about a week ago, and now I’m unable to login from my iPad, iPhone, or Mac. It sounds like our Server team has a ticket out with support for this, and that there’s a 2FA issue with one of your updates. This is incredibly inconvenient for being on call, and really needs to be resolved soon.
Garbage - can’t rely on

Updated. Still garbage. You click on contact support to email them and their email doesn’t even populate in the “to” field. Now I log in but there are no apps magically available. Wow. This thing is awful and has crippled my productivity. What’s the point of contacting support if your not going to tell us or auto populate the field??? 8/11/19 Constant connection issues since I’ve had this 6 months ago. So many general app launch errors. I needed to access my remote station due to a severe series of train delays as we had a very important client meeting. Nope. The one time I need this and the whole point of this remote app- fails. Constantly. So regretful we voted to use Citrix as our remote client. Will definitely recommend another come vote time.

There is always room for improvement, but so far works as intended without much trouble. I rather use my iPad than the Laptop Win version of the application.
