Extremely glitchy on iPad Pro

I rarely have difficulty running Citrix Workspace on a Windows 10 desktop or laptop computer. But I have terrible problems getting a connection established between my iPad Pro and my office computer. The Workspace app freezes up, especially after accepting my login and the multi-factor authentication. Every time without exception, when I use this app to establish a Citrix connection to my office computer, I have to delete the Workspace app and then download and reinstall, which is genuinely a pain because setting up the reinstalled app is so time consuming. This is the only way to get past the error messages and actually use the app. The IT engineers for my very large law firm have been unable to devise another workaround.
App crashes

App has not worked for me for at least 2 months. Any time I open the app it shows the Citrix logo then stops and closes out. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice, restarting my ipad, contacting my IT department. IT recommended contacting Citrix. I am not an administrator so cannot even log a ticket on the website after signing up for an account.

When using Citrix Windows mouse courser disappears after sometime Please fix this. update: the issue still not fixed, and why the Magic Mouse right click is not working? Is there any configuration required?
Works well for Epic Documentation

I love this app. I use this for my Anesthesia Epic documentation at my hospital. The M1 processor on my IPad Pro really speeds up the processing power of my EMR. It took some trial and error in getting my IPad and Citrix to work properly but once I was able to figure it out, I can now do my documentation with ease. Thanks for this awesome app!

If it wasn’t for the lack of true mousepad support on the iPad Pro I would give this app 5 stars. However, the lack of ability to scroll and have a true mouse pointer when using the Apple Keyboard makes doing my job a bit more difficult.
App not working

Can I get help , when its time for me to sign in my virtual workspace it keeps closing out. This just recently began. I dont know why its doing it. My IT team doesn't know why either.
