Frustrating as hell

I’ve reset my password 6 times in past 2 weeks because I keep getting locked out! I know I’m not alone. What’s the deal?

This app is down more than it’s app

It’s seriously always down at night time, do you guys turn off your serves or something after 9? Because this isn’t how apps should work especially a banking app. Not only is your app down but your website is also down too. Please hire some IT that knows what they are doing and revamp your apps/sites.

That is the message I get 90% of the time. What is the point in even having this app? It’s to the point where I am going to switch banks. Ridiculous.

Weeks of Maintenance

You guys have been doing “maintenance” on the app for weeks! I can’t even sign in to check my account. This is an inconvenience to all. No maintenance should take this long.

This app used to work great now after the last update I can’t even use it! Every time I try to log in it says Mobil not available or just crashes!! Fix your app!!!

I love the features of this app. TouchID so I don’t have to store a password. Easy mobile deposits. In fact, things are easier in the app than on the website which is rare. The bad: TouchID freezes the app on occasion. The App often freezes or does not respond to certain taps on the screen. App freezes if you look at it funny. App fails to open after a freeze fairly frequently. Did I mention the App freezes? The service is unavailable much more often than the website and whatever they’re doing, they’re not doing it overnight like the website does.

by the time you fix this, i will have switched banks.

what is going on with this? i’ve been a citizens’ customer for over 20 years and i’ve had enough - transferring my accts. i could deal with inconvenient branch locations/hours because i did most things remotely, which i can’t do now. this app is unavailable more than it’s available.

I’d write a positive review of the app if I could actually get into it. 9 times out of 10 you get a “mobile is currently unavailable” message when all you want to do is check your bank balance with the quick fingerprint log in... disappointed to say the least.. they need to fix this ongoing issue ASAP
