Quick, Clear, and Reliable

Lida711

I like the application because it is consistently reliable and clear. No issues with this application. Thanks!!!

Great Application

Leon PL

Works well over different connections. Rarely do I have an issue.

Pop-ups annoying

ryanthecoolness

This app was amazing for years but a recent update has made the Webex disconnection pop up incessant. Most of the time I do not need to be connected to webex, but this is now a major usability problem as Jabber repeatedly reminds me I’m not connected. An option to turn off pop ups would be great!

Stability & iPad Video Multi-Task Support + AirPods Battery Life

AMLW06

Have frequent issues with connectivity across iPhone and iPad. The need to every few hours manually log in does not represent the “always-on” utility grade needs for a phone service. Pushing thru this though as a daily active user w/o a hard phone at work. I really wish there was iPad multi-task support - in side by side mode the video automatically turns off and there’s no way to share content (eg a ppt). Those two features would really elevate the iPad experience to category killer in my view. Is anything like this in the works? Are there iOS blockers? Also - I’ve noticed that on regular calls my AirPods will use ~15% of their battery for 30min of talk time. When on a Jabber audio-only call my AirPods use ~90% of their battery. Something is wrong here, needs attention please! Thanks!

PDF Issue

AMRadio4eva ;)

This app was great, for some reason it’s has hijacked the file association with PDF’s on my phone. I will update this review when it’s fixed but for now I’ve had to delete it to resolve this issue. Tried removing and reinstalling, same thing, quick look even tries to use Jabber for PDF files.

Can’t show contacts in my Jabber page.

move lvr

After today upgrade I am unable to see contacts on my Jabber but I can see them when I go into chat.

PDF File Association

x3r3s

Why would a messaging app hijack the PDF file association, making it impossible to open PDFs in Files?? Beyond strange. Uninstalling Jabber got things working again.

Dark Mode Support Needed

JayG in ATL

With support for dark mode on the desktop clients in 12.7 it’s disappointing to not see that in the iOS release as well. Also this is 2019 why can’t conversations follow you everywhere as they do on most platforms of this type?

Great App (feature request)

FSB JGovreau

I love the app and how it allows me to work from anywhere in the building instead of lugging around my workstation. I think it would be nice to have a Haptic Touch option to allow you to change your status from the iOS home screen in the same way a right click on the taskbar allows you to do this in Windows. Integration with the shortcuts apps for status changes would be nice. I could set up an automation whenever I leave the office, change status to “off the clock” or something like that. Cool possibilities.

Great app, but...

MeParentG

This is a great app. My one complaint is that it doesn’t stay running for very long in the background, which makes the app of limited use when people try to contact me when I’m away from my desk. If it stays up and running for an hour that’s a lot. Fix this and you get 5 stars from me!
