I cannot see chat room messages on the mobile app, this would be a great plus if someone could tell me how to make this possible! Otherwise the app works great for me.

It would be much more usable if chats in the desktop version could be continued on the mobile version with history. For instance, if I have to step out of the office, and I get messaged from someone I was chatting with earlier, seeing the past context is important.
Poor speed and UI

This app always takes long time to open and even this happens with greater internet speed. And the app is not optimized for Iphone X which make the UI look ugly. Please fix this asap.
Doesn’t sync between mobile and laptop

It is absurd that this app doesn’t sync chats between my computer and my phone!! I’ve missed numerous conversations because this app captured a message and I had no idea that someone was trying to reach me.

I have had this on my phone for two days and it simply does not work. In order to get it to work, I have to delete, reinstall and log in. This was supposed to make communicating with my co-workers seamless since I frequently work remotely. Most recently, the app shuts itself down and doesn’t start. Guess until it is corrected I will have to delete and reinstall each day. I expected better since this is something used so frequently in the business world.
