Bug number CSCvb87431 Cisco has "no release planned to fix this bug" Notifications for incoming calls works on iPhone but not Apple Watch. Instead I just get missed call notifications. Not helpful and defeats the purpose of the app for me. This is very confusing since it integrates with the iPhone's native phone app which DOES give me incoming call notifications for my mobile number. Multiple signout / reinstall / restart processes done with no success. Apple points the finger at Cisco and Cisco points the finger at Apple and in the end it feels like I'm the one getting the finger here.?

Integrated phone and chat works great. It's a very good soft phone (compared with what I had before). Now when a call comes in, I can answer it on one of three devices. I like being able to place calls to anyone in my contacts file. I like that I can place office-phone calls from multiple devices. On the iPad, the text is gray and small, not good for older eyes.

Signs out after App Store updates

Someone else left a similar review. I was trying to figure out why it was always signing me out and after reading that review I checked and sure enough, after I process App Store updates for other apps, Jabber signs me out and I won't get any messages until I launch Jabber again. It'll automatically sign me back in, but I must open Jabber after the App Store installs updates or I won't get any messages. This is a recent bug so I gave it 1 star until its fixed.

For the past week, this app has taken a life of its own with lots of signing on challenges. I have tried restarting the phone, resetting the app, and even installing and uninstalling the app and most of the day I cannot use the application neither in my iPhone nor my iPad Pro.

1. blaming apple for your app spontaneously shutting down is not the answer. this is the only app on my phone that does it. 2. would be nice if messages would sync to my computer once i turn that on.


Constantly signing out

Every few days I get signed out by the app. Also from time to time the app "rings" well after the actual call has ended. When it works it works great. Problem is it doesn't work all too often.


Good but Needs some fixing

Just started using this app. It keeps signing me out even though the option is set to Not sign out And it has crashed a few times. Cmon Cisco, please fix this. I'm running the latest IOS and latest version of this app.
