Effective with login so fast

I am mostly happy with this app that its login so fast. I can make call to my contact easily with the new login. love it.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. This app doesn't work more often than not. I'll have missed calls with the app never ringing to let me know someone is calling me. Lately it won't even let me log on. Do not get this app, it's inefficient and frustrating for how simple it is.

I've been trying with latest beta for weeks, and I must say, it's way beyond expected! The new signin process saves my life! Lovin' new cute animated emoticons! And finally, push for call comes! No need to worry missing calls anymore! Well done!
Can't turn it off

There is no way to completely shut this app down. Up-swiping it doesn't stop notifications. I only want notifications when the app is running. And no, I don't want to log out/log in every time.
Can't log in or "send problem report"

Well now I can log in. But I stand by the odd @m"send problem report" with no email. Can't log in because my username isn't recognized, despite using the same username on my computer. Password is the same. I'd love to use the "send problem report" feature but there's no contact or email address entered in the "to" field when the hyperlink is clicked. No other info is available so I suppose I won't use the app.
Doesn't send me messages on wifi

Lately I haven't been receiving messages from people, and I've had no idea this was happening until someone texted. The problem seems to only occur when my phone is connected to wifi

With the last update of Jabber, sessions are timing out, Log ins/cookies are not very predictable, and telepresence sessions are freezing frequently

Has the potential of being so good, but in practice it's just terrible. Calls don't couple through to smartphone. It needs to be reset often.
Doesn’t sync chat

This app doesn’t sync chat messages with its companion Mac app. Everything else works as expected.
