So overall it's a pretty neat idea. However while your phone is already in silent mode and you turn on "CineMode" it will actually turn sound on. It basically does the opposite of what setting your phone is on.

It instantly crashes when I open the app and click on "agree" for the terms of service. Completely unusable.

I don't mind having different apps for different movie theater chains but it's MAJORLY inconvenient when the app doesn't save the credit card info. Alamo Drafthouse can do it and so does Fandango which is the big one. Why can't Cinemark?
Not Worth Your Time

After the third time of scanning my code for purchases and not getting points; plus using Cinemode and it not registering more than once...I give up. It's really not worth the hassle of scanning and the frustration of missing points. Otherwise the app works ok for looking at movie times or buying tickets beforehand. It did crash constantly until I updated iOS. That is fixed now.

This app is a joke. It is extremely hard to earn rewards using CineMode. I earned one once out of maybe ten tries and it was for $2 off Soda with purchase of Popcorn!

Cinemode used to work just fine. All of a sudden? It's not working at all. There isn't even a drop down menu option anymore for my past rewards. Or to put my phone in cinemode. And the "app support" is literally nothing but their website. Seriously, there wasn't even an update. And my sisters works fine. I have tried redownloading it 5 separate times. A little help would be appreciated.

Crashes a bunch and the rewards aren't really worth it and they expire really quick so you don't even get a chance to use some of them.
