New feature! Crashes constantly!

Newest version pushes their new MovieClub at every click an crashes constantly. It took me 10-15 launches to buy tickets. Would not abide “Do not show again” clicks on MovieClub. Please fix.
App was good, now unusable

Since the update where they added the Movie Lovers Club it’s unusable. I cannot make the video go away. No amount of clicking on “Don’t Show again” works. Completely disappointed. Any screen you go to the video pops up. I can’t even view showtimes. I bought tickets strictly through the app before. They need to fix this ASAP. Update: 12-7-17 Looks like they updated to push bug fixes. They didn’t work. Still, can’t get past the video making the app completely unusable. Very disappointed.
Can’t see the movie selections!

Since the updates the last few days all I can see is the ad for Movie Pass. I can’t get it to close or get it off the screen. I have no way to get to see the showtimes for the movies! I used to encourage others to go to Cinemark because they have good deals but not anymore. Most all the offers for food are those that people don’t purchase. What happened to purchasing a small popcorn and getting a free drink or the other way around! Not everyone wants to purchase the large items! There’s a new theater in town and they may be getting our weekly business!

Terrible cannot use at all. Stuck on ad with no way to get out of it on my iPad. Works ok on my iPhone. But useless on my iPad. I deleted it.

All you can see now is their new movie club offer.....can’t see the movie selections or buy tickets. A sure fired way to send me to a different cinema chain. Smart move, Cinemark! ?

Ever since the launch of movie club, can’t view showtimes on app or purchase tickets. Can’t even view available seats online through fandango. Fix it!
