App crashes

Don’t know what’s wrong with the app because it keeps on crashing. On occasions it will crash after I’ve selected my seats and on other occasions the app crashes right after I make the payment towards the purchase of my tickets. Thankfully the payment goes through and get the confirmation email, but it’s frustrating not knowing whether or not your payment went through. Would definitely give 5 stars if this issue was resolved!
Can’t get past the club app to find movies

I used to use it every week, but now I can’t get past the screen for the movie club. Trying to delete and reinstall. Update — deleting and reinstalling doesn’t work. I’ll never join the movie club so now this is totally worthless. Good thing I get a newspaper.
Can’t see the movie selection.

Since you’ve start this club campaign all I see is that. It will not clear. Fix it or my $$ go somewhere else.

I can open app. I can purchase tickets... go back to get those tickets and the app crashes. Please fix! Kinda makes the app a bit useless

Ever since they started advertising for this movie club, it has somehow made the app unstable and it crashes every time you try to see showtimes and select seats! Used to be great, hope you fix this problem ASAP!

Ever you guys launched movie pass now you cannot use the app since the add keeps appearing but when you dismiss it the all just crashes. For theaters that have rsvp seating the map is incredibly tiny and you can barely zoom into it and it's not accurate to the actual center of the theater either... this is very frustrating since it shows you it's "center" but it's actually the side.
Do Not Upgrade to V2.14.1

What a joke the cinemark is becoming are you really charging a conveniencefee for purchasing tickets on the app!!! In that case I rather use fandango and spread the wealth!!!

don’t know what you’ve done, but can’t get to movies...your ad regarding your new movie club shows and won’t go away on ipad...it did for iphone but not the pad...
