Cannot get past the club advertisement no matter where I try to go. Thus, I cannot buy tickets. Does Cinemark even want my business? Will neither keep me logged in nor save my credit card info, no matter what boxes I check. I wish Cinemark would waive the transaction fee for members, like AMC. As a result of this fee, I go to AMC whenever I can.

“The don’t show this again” option for the moviepass ad doesn’t work on my iPad. Worked fine on my iPhone.

App works ok, haven’t had a crash yet like others have reported. More importantly, please update app to optimize layout and screen for the iPhone X. Thank you!

Movie Pass ad renders app useless

I cannot even see what is playing because the stupid ad for the movie pass will not go away. Get a clue Cinemark -annoying your customers is not a good promotional tactic. Deleting app now.

The $8.99 thing is well worth it. The average person goes to a theater 4 times a year and spends over 20 dollars at the snack bar each visit. With the 20% discount on snack bar your already saving. Even if you go 1 time a month mathematically the $8.99 ticket and the discount are already worth it.

Has worked well in the past but last weekend, bought tickets for a 7:30 show. Got to the theater and checked in, only to be given tickets for the 6:40 showing of my movie? Didn't know until we walked into the movie already an hour in. There was no 7:30 show. Times in the app were wrong but it seems like the QR code was wrong, too. Otherwise it should have stopped me at the attendant.

Coupon expires too quickly.

4.99 wasted

The app is ok. I did just start using it today so only giving it 3 stars for now. One feature, Cinemode, says will give you coupon for using Cinemode and it did. But the coupon expires 5/4/2016 and today is 5/2/2016. That pretty much makes the coupon worthless as I don't go to the theatre every day. I don't think many people do. So I won't be using the Cinemode part of the app anymore. Will see how the rest goes over time.
