The app needs a lot of improvement

The app restarts every single time you open something else. It’s frustrating because it clears out orders, starts all the way from the beginning. I’ve wasted so much time because it resets. Shouldn’t be hard to program it right, just like all the other restaurant apps that save whatever you’re working on. Rewards are also buggy and not really clarified. Your developing team may want to check out apps from other restaurants see what they can learn to make it a better experience and more user friendly.

For deliverys if you switch to another app the chili’s delivery tracker disappears. So it needs a dedicated tracking button for delivery

If you try to redeem rewards for takeout it shows that there is an error with the restaurant. It sometimes doesn’t allow you to check in for curb side service so you have to go inside anyway.
App never works

Every time I have to use the app to get in line, it shows unavailable and we can’t get in the queue until we are at the restaurant. What is the point ?

We could not wait for a Chili’s to open in Cape Girardeau. We have been going out of our way when in St. Louis to always eat at Chili’s. We have picked up three curbside orders now and they’ve gotten progressively worse. Are hamburgersTonight were so dry and overdone that the edges were crispy. Plus on mine it was completely dry, no mustard no mayonnaise.

The app overall is simple enough to operate. The problem comes in when you’ve placed an order, specifically curbside. Once I place my order I should be able to still see my order and be able to notify them when I am here

App will not let me look at menu because local store doesn’t do online orders. I just want to look at the menu because I’m headed to eat in.

This review and rating is for the app not the food, which is usually pretty good for what it is. The app is a total joke, constantly crashing , very glitchy and clunky, always restarts every time you leave and come back, erasing your current order as others have stated. No notification when your order is ready, automatically sent a confirmation I was at the store long before I arrived (it’s done this several times). What should be an easy process is not due to lazy developers who never improve anything and usually make it worse. This app has great potential, just need to find some much better developers.

Any time I want to order chili’s I start with the app before being reminded it’s terrible and doesn’t work. Then I get on the computer and order.
