Doesn’t load

Constantly doesn’t load things and freezes. Tried to order through the app for pick up and the menu took forever load. When I finally tried to add an item it froze and wouldn’t let me make customizations. Not that the website is any better, don’t recommend

I waited 50 minutes past the late time the app told me to be there. Not cool.
More side options

Would like to see more options for sides. Plus you cut out all the sides when you order the Quesadilla. That’s sad and pretty big turnoff. You loose a 13 person group sale due to that every Sunday and other days that we consider coming.

I just spent an hour waiting for my food that I ordered using App and the Chili’s App that never came. The manager had to refund my money because they had even started preparing my food. Use the other food Apps not this one. Or better skip Chili’s and support a local place.
Sizzling Fajitas are the bomb and please try the roasted corn, you’ll be delighted!

App needs work, missing basic features

I like that you can place a carry out order on here, but there are some basic things missing that are somewhat concerning. After placing an order the first time, I was able to check in on the app. Second order, no such option. Well, there’s also nowhere to view past or current orders, which could lead to a lot of headache if there’s any glitches in the system, nowhere in the app is there a way to see and show the order you placed. It’s also a pretty slow app at loading to order, and you can’t leave the app to say view the allergen menu (which the app has as links to a browser and not in app), or else it boots you back to square one of the app, no way to continue mid-selection if you say check whether a side on a 3 for 10 deal has gluten or dairy allergens, you’ll have to go back to place an order, load the dinner selection, select the items, etc.
