Worked fine until I upgraded to a 5g device. Now I constantly get an error saying my connection is weak even though it’s perfect (gotten this error while getting 100Mbps down and 80 up). Took me 15 minutes to order food once because I kept getting the error. Also tried in many locations with same result.

The last few weeks that I have tried to order through the app have been horrible. Twice I have ordered and when I put the spot I am parked for curbside, the app says to speak to a team member, both times ended up going through drive through and ordering. Another time the app would never proceed past menu selection and so we gave up.

Our last 2 visits to chick fil a have been as power went out drink the storm. We ate out and chose Chick Fil A day 1 and because of the great taste and service we came back again the next day.

Can y’all make it so that you can go more in detail on what vehicle you have because I’ve had my order given to someone else just because they had a vaguely similar car. I spend over 30 min trying to get my order just because of this mistake. And I ended up not getting my waffle fries with my order.
