This used to be a great app. I cashed in two PayPal rewards. I never received my rewards. Not worth my time anymore.

This app definitely needs a whole lot of attention! It is so inconsistent with everything that it offers! Very discouraged by the way you maintain it!!

I love the app for a while. But it will not give me my points for my check in anymore. And I have contacted check points three times and it is still not working. I would love it if it worked. Also I have no idea they talk about videos and I don’t even see any to watch

I don’t do reviews right away it’s been 4 years since I had checkpoint and I absolutely love it yes it might have a glitch here or there but it actually pays since i cashed out plenty of times now that they have the receipt point I been cash out more frequently

I found this app through Facebook and was very excited to install it. After a while, glitches started popping up but I was patient. I took surveys and accrued points and the app updated so things were great. Then, I earned my first $5. I was excited so I invited many friends and family to download the app. Things were good. Then, things were great. The app was working too well. The walk-ins kept populating faster than I could use them. The scans kept coming faster and faster. I earned another $5. Yes, it was a great thing that was too good to be true because the “Checkpoint Police” jumped on board. I was accused and abused. Security claimed that they used my location and saw that I was not following their governing rules so they would be watching me. I decided to cash out the 1900 points I had left and get my Amazon gift cards. I never received my $5 this time. A couple of days ago, 4 friends and 1 family member contacted me to let me know that they are through with Checkpoints. It turns out that the same thing happened to them. At least they all received $5 and Amazon gift cards before they were thrown in Checkpoint jail.

Used to be fantastic but about 9 mths ago just stopped working. I sent numerous emails to their support team but get the same generic response each time “we are working on fixing these issues” but no resolution ever takes place. I updated my phone so can’t be that.

Can not scan items in store anymore. Keep getting timed out error. Can only scan receipts but only regular receipts because my credit union debit card can not be found. Not able to scan higher reward for receipts.

Hello Checkpoints Support app, I didn’t receive the $5.00 reward for PayPal cash after 14 days. I redeemed my 2,500 points and waited for the $5.00 dollars to arrive in my account. Insufficient funds haven’t reached the username “fatimak2017” use it for new users use my name and get 50 points. Good luck. I’ve been a user since 2017 that’s a long time and a lot of fun $5 bucks to earn. Sure it’s slow to earn 2,500 points. And nothing to do to speed up the points but just to scan a few grocery items and then scan grocery receipts for a few extra points sure it’s easy. Great side app for cash and gift cards. I recommend it for beginners. Reporting this App as a “fake app “and untrustworthy to Payouts. This hasn’t happened to me before as I redeemed a $5 payouts a few times before in the past upon using this app; as a reminder that waiting period was not as long as I get my cash quick after 3-5 days. Fact: as I updated my information inside the app and actually receive a email regarding my Checkpoints account as “up to date”, as they do have my current email address. I assumed the money is on the way. As my emails are correct. Unless there’s a app glitch or the Checkpoints- #1 Rewards App is outdated and no longer is available to sent out PayPal requests for cash/ gift cards please let me know immediately. I’ve waited long enough for the threshold and didn’t receive a second email to verify that the payment was sent out to me threw PayPal???! I’ve checked my Spam and trash as well and nothing. Why is there a delay ? I urgently need a response from the Checkpoints app company. I hope this review was satisfying. Used to give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️4 stars. Cuz the money will always arrive on time. But I cut it off to just 2⭐️⭐️stars. Better improve your app to change my ratings.
