There are some problems but on the whole I enjoy using the app I had problems redeeming points for reward I requested help and I received solution in a couple of hours it was a problem w my iPhone 11
Redeem points and I never get my gift cards

Been using for a year and everything going well. Starting in August 2020, I would redeem my points for a gift card and I got an email that my acct is under review and I will get gift card in 14 business days. That came and went and I never got my gift cards. Emailed support and got an email that issue has been escalated to another group and I never heard back. Disappointed

Love this app...points add up quickly, it sticks at times and i have to shut it down to refresh but other than that I really like it.
The location list has not been working for a week

The location list of check ins has stopped working as of Oct 13. All it says is “Couldn’t return any nearby opportunities. Failed to connect. Please try again.”

They are legit and pay you on time. As long as you are honest and keep Reciepts be on location to buy some thing and honest surveys. Points come quickly.
No points for many surveys and gift card issuance issues

I’ve done several surveys and more than 10 didn’t load probably at the end conveniently so I did all the questions and it won’t count since no points rewarded because I had to exit. When I redeemed my points for gift cards it records as redeemed in my History but I got an error message that it wasn’t able to process the last transaction. I’m waiting for a customer service resolution after I reported it...

I usually use this to get some stuff when I want and I got points until I needed to but then when I go to redeem it and click the redeem button. It deleted all my points and I get nothing.
