This app sorely needs updating. I have to uninstall and reinstall it daily to make it work! When it works, it’s great. Please fix it

Good in the beginning, now let let down.

I started using checkpoints app in December 2019. Whenever I went shopping I would save all of my receipts from whatever stores and scan them into the app.For me to burn stores you get 20 points apiece and then five points for the corner stores and smaller stores. Then you will be rewarded with a gift card.Somewhere about June or July 2020 they decided to change the app. They were only going to except receipts from certain stores, a lot of the stores listed are in the south. Now after four receipts you only get get coins., and I have no ideas how much the coins are worth.Based on my balance I think they’re only five cents so maybe a penny. Used used to be one of the best shopping apps for receipts but now it’s just a let down.

I like this app.Please fix the bugs I have not been able to hardly get any check in points in over a week or two every time I check in I am allowed to check in but there’s no points associated with it please fix immediately

Was way better before latest update took away most of my points for my local stores so I don’t know if worth even having the app! Every update gets worse!

High value receipts?

Overall I loved this app. I’ve redeemed 3 or 4 $100 Walmart gift cards through the years. Recently the app doesn’t credit my checkins. And now we have high value receipts. I’m supposed to give them access to my credit card logins so they can tell me which receipts might be high value and then I get to scan the receipt for them for the points. No. No. No. I’ll take my 5 points and move on.

Worked really great in the beginning but now it’s super spotty on the check ins after a recent update. Have read about others having issues with redeeming anything other than amazon gift cards. While I do have a ticket open, it’s been over two weeks and can’t get it figured out why I can’t get the two gift cards. They don’t update unless you reach out to them. (They’ve been trying to figure it out for almost two weeks)

I am extremely disappointed in your app. I haven been trying for years to get enough points for the LOUIS VUITTON gift certificate and to no avail, have I been able to get enough points. I am not able to take surveys anymore, so no more points. I receive little points for scanning receipts, and I am losing interest in your app. I have been using your app for at least 5 years and have barley made it over 68,000 points. I used your app last year to purchase from Amazon, and I never received my points for shopping. I feel your app is nothing but a SCAM.
