This app was good despite its glitches, but I redeemed an amazon card last week, haven’t gotten it yet. Contacted support, no response. It’s a shame, if I don’t get it by the end of the month, I’m deleting.

My account was hacked twice 2 weeks ago. I’ve sent an email to support 3 times and no one ever responded. It makes me think someone that works for the company did it because this is the 2nd time this has happened to me, the 1st being last year. The fact that support won’t even bother responding just shows that they don’t care about the users and will rip off anyone.

Don’t like the change to how points assigned. Why have a list of specific stores if there isn’t bonus for these stores. It takes so much longer to load receipts because the app wants load credit/debit receipts.

This app is a joke!!! Try to redeem a gift card and all they do is take your points.. I know this has happened to several as l of my friends,emails have been sent and no response. I’ve waited the appropriate amount of time they say to wait and NOTHING!! No gift card,no email response back,no points back,nothing. And if the developers happen to read this-I have checked my spam folders.

It has small ads for products that you cannot see on a main shopping trip. On checkpoints you can decide if a new or discounted product appeals to you and if you should purchase or not on your next shopping trip.

This app used to give some points for walk ins, now they don’t do it anymore, nor will they give you points for ‘high value receipts’. I sent multiple emails asking them to fix, and not one response was sent back. I recommend deleting the app, they don’t payout much either, maybe $5 every 3 months.
