Trying to cancel my flight
THE WORSE EVER!
This has been the worse experience, I have tried to call and cancel my flight 4 times today each time I have been hung up on. I tried to do so online and I’m getting a message saying I can’t cancel online please call. I will NEVER use CheapTickets again and I DO NOT recommend you using them either unless you want to deal with the mess I have been dealing with in the last 24 hours.

I bought my brothers ticket and have not received the information for flight it charged my credit card, where’s the flight information?? This is so frustrating, I dial the number and it hangs up, and there’s no way to get through, what is going on? And don’t blame it on the corona virus???????

Bad customer service after you get the ticket nobody help you to make any change you got call the airline company and in the airline company send you back to cheap ticket because they say you get that ticket by CheapTickets and nobody help you at all crazy service

App is lacking important information and I wouldn’t use it again anyway becuase Customer service hangs up on me every time I finally get through. I have been unable to contact trying daily for 2 weeks. Currently they have stolen my money. Use any other app. Kiwi is also bad. UPDATE Called again today and 5 different agents hung up on me. They REFUSE to send me an email confirming a refund is due. Though they are happy to tell me over the phone with no proof. They seemed to get a little scared when I said I was recording the conversation but I doubt the guy with a Filipino accent is actually named “Miguel”, or the Indian girl is actually “Sally”. So tell me developer - what about the coronavirus causes your agents to hang up on me and give fake names and refuse to send proof that a refund it due??

If I could give these people ZERO stars I would. They will steal your money and not answer the phone. DON’T BUY FROM CHEAP TICKETS!
