This site steals your money

I booked 2 flights with CheapTickets and bought more expensive tickets that included 1 checked bag and better seats. Neither United Airlines nor American Airlines would honor the upgrades and CheapTickets has been evasive and refuses to respond to direct questions about the problem. This company simply steals your money. In the end, you will pay less if you just book your flight directly with the airline website.

If you guys like to save money this is the right app to have. I have downloaded plenty of app like this one, but oh boy nothing like this app this is my # 1. I use it to travel and I save so much money with them. I have compared prices with other apps but this one beats all of them. I pay from Florida to Philadelphia $37.00 on a one way fly and I compared to other that wanted much more. I highly recommend

I have used cheap tickets for many many moons, I was a student when I first discovered this company. After them many came out with similar concepts and names. There is no comparison, they grew their services and maintain integrity and fairness. Yes their prices are still the best and the service is outstanding
Added Baggage Fees

This app needs to do a better job highlighting the additional baggage fees. Fights with checkin baggage allowed should be brought vividly to users attention, not little fine print. No reason for it.

not with Cheap tickets again
I booked a flight with CheapTickets. The airline changed the flight. The change does not suit my needs. I NEVER book 3rd party but did this time as the airlines website was difficult to make Payments on. I’ve had Airlines change flights before, I contact them, tell them this doesn’t suit my needs & im put on a flight that does. I can not find any phone number to contact cheap tickets. I’ve responded to the email but have heard nothing back. This is an incredibly expensive trip I’m taking & the flight is much later than the earlier flight. NOT HAPPY!

I was charged for a rental I never received, called Rental company and Cheap tickets and still haven’t talked to know they keep saying office closed due to storm.
