I have been using CHEAPTICKETS since their ad in the NY Times travel section offered a phone number (pre Internet). Always loved the service and options. This is the worst incarnation of their services ever. No oneway or multi city, no 3days before/3days after, no car packages. I'm going to have to find another travel app. Sooooooo disappointed!
Flights too Simplified

It's really frustrating that the flight section has been simplified so much to where one can't choose business class, first class, one way, multi trip, non stop, etc. The options are basically round trip in coach. Lame.
Horrible update. Can't search +/-2 days on flights anymore.

Why dumb it down to an unusable state? This is the feature that brought me to your app. And the lack of it will be the feature that will take me somewhere else.
No Business Class for Business traveler

Sorry guys but this app is totally worthless to me. It's stuck in Coach Only booking and doesn't allow selection for Business or First. I have to use the online website every time to book. You should fix this MAJOR missing part in your app.

Made a hotel reservation in Denver for a concert. The app let me sort by price and location. It also let me look at pictures and gave me lots of different rooms to choose from. Before I checked out it totaled all taxes and fees to give me a final refundable price until a certain date. This app has come a long way.
The Worst

I bought a ticket for my brother to come visit me in California from Florida. When I purchased the ticket, the system purchased TWO seats on the same flight for my brother. They would not refund the extra ticket and their customer service department is a bunch of thugs who insulted me and said it was my fault. You're right - its my fault for doing business with these clowns. BUYER BEWARE!

Worst App ai have Ever Seen
Worst no username password save option. No pin or touch ID. No Itinerary saving option. Itinerary retival is worst. Additionall info process is so worst. If all these are not provided why this app instead we can browse from browser?

Love CT. I have used CT before there was a app. Love the app. It's really easy to use and the mapping makes it a wonderful tool to use for traveling. Thank You CT.
