Always Great, would like to see more disability awareness in account profile. I’m visually impaired and need to be in a special unit. Access to location always Calendar access permission for eta and other timing needs.

My trip has been a nightmare! Was charged extra money by the airlines because they stated we were supposed to be on a 7 o’clock flight to DFW on 11/22/2021. Had no ticket locator number. When I tried to go online to find my info, could not access it. Will not book again this way! Still am not able to access information for return trip to GSO! Need ticket numbers to get a refund of my money! Sandra Hagwood.

I purchased a ticket and due to Covid has to cancel I was told I’d be issued a credit because the airline won’t allow a refund however days later I check the app and website and to no surprise no credit has been applied. I’ve called and talked to different representatives all who which spoke little to no English and couldn’t give me any further information on where my credit is.

Quaint and cozy hotel with great location to center of historic area. Service and staff were excellent and professional. Will definitely return to this nice boutique pousada.

Have been given so much incorrect information, have been transferred only to be disconnected. I’ve been in a chat for over 2 hours and still did not get resolution. I finally went to airline site myself and got a better price on a flight that I’d spent half a day trying yo get through CheapTickets. These “discounters” are not offering the deals they used to and for better customer service, I am more than happy to pay a little more.
