I have used this app twice to book flights. Easy to use and great customer support. I had a problem with personal info (my fault) on my booking and got it resolved quickly through live chat.

Booking process was easy and fast. Only issue that I had was with the airline coming back home. Frontier was trying to make us pay for suits that we could not put in out baggage because they will get wrinkled. It was very upsetting because no other airline has made us pay for suits.

I have never had such a bad experience with a simple online check in!! Horrible experience to say the least!! I’d rather pay more for my flight than to have to go through the crap of not being able to see or print a boarding pass or pay for my luggage

My wife and I have used this app to book many flights. Almost always at a lower cost than elsewhere. On at least one occasion we were able to purchase a flight that was showing as unavailable on the airline’s own website.

I called cheapoair and booked my ticket and already spoke with customer representative that if i change the date what will be the charges and he said not more than 300 according to my ticket because i was already very expensive.i call again after few weeks and asked for change date.i was flexible with date but they said the charges will be 967$.i was shocked because customers representative lied to me???

Booked a flight for two in July. Called airline to request a refund days before departure and was told it would be refunded through flight insurance. Month later, insurer said I did not qualify for Refund. Lost a few hundred bucks. Not happy with Cheap O Air.
