Bad service – CheapOair: Cheap Flight Deals Review

I called cheapoair and booked my ticket and already spoke with customer representative that if i change the date what will be the charges and he said not more than 300 according to my ticket because i was already very expensive.i call again after few weeks and asked for change date.i was flexible with date but they said the charges will be 967$.i was shocked because customers representative lied to me???
