I used this app to book flights for me and my family this last month and it went smooth till we had a medical emergency. Then I was transferred for 6 hours I called once and hour and got different answers every time. Overall had a really bad experience the insurance saved me but we will see how the process goes cause they are making me jump through so many good to get a refund. Just something to think about thanks for reading. Good luck

After CheapoAir gets your money, good luck trying to check into your flight, view your itinerary, or even open your email account—you will click through ad after ad for the rest of your life. Try kayak or something.

This app is not intuitive and way confusing where it’s needless and needless. Trying to find one’s flight is difficult and has comes out really tiny ie hard to see/read. Was this intentional? Whatever it is it needs a complete makeover. You can do way better or perhaps Cheapoair just doesn’t care? Seems to be the case. Also, when looking for one’s flight I cannot find my ticket number or flight., Get it together or people will fly off this cheapo site and go elsewhere where there’s better customer service.

After purchasing the ticket, can’t see my trip info in my upcoming trip. It is not managed properly and cause inconvenience. Change of email address doesn’t work.

I booked a ticket to my sister and they charge me a twice of $1095 and I’m still working to get them back even though they charge you a small amount so you don’t notice that that’s exactly what happened to me they charge me a small amount of $1.21 I looked it up in my email receipt it said agent fee which is that not make any sense be careful from this company they don’t care about your money they are not trusted each time I call always people not from United States they don’t speak English very well they are like Indian accent
