There’s a problem. I want to send my child to Denver alone but it doesn’t allow it. It says there has to be 1 adult. I can’t go. I’m just sending him. Could you change that?

I’ve read the complaints and warnings but Cheapo Air has always worked for me in this country and others. Changes that arise come from the airlines and Cheapo sends notices in email and texts. I have used cheapo for 10 years and it has consistently worked.
Worse booking situation ever.

I am very unsatisfied with the way these people planned my trip. I wasted way too much time waiting for my plane back home. Worse locations for layover too. They should be out of business

Always when i book a ticket the change the flight and when i call them i stay on hold an hour i really dont like cheapoair thanks for wasting my time and my money appreciated

We found the best rates for a last minute flight through them. There were some things we needed to change so we went through the process which was fine. Then they wanted to charge us an outrageous fee. Not only did they charge us that, but there are a number of charges on my account that they cannot explain but refuse to refund. I definitely will not be using them again. For someone who is not a fan of traveling, and alone at that, this did not help my anxiety. I would not recommend using them. Customer service was not acceptable!

Customer service became incredibly disrespectful towards peoples’ time. 3 calls left unanswered and after having 4 sessions via chat, customer service rep kept asking the same “Please tell me your concern”. Move on!

Hello everyone. Stay away from this app. They are the worst. Find other people who value your rights and time not only want your money. This is why I said that: First :- When I’m coming almost lost my flight because I knew at the airport that they sold me a ticket with one bag allowance, then i paid an extra $120 in order to have my other bag ,at the airport... Second :- When I’m Leaving I wanted to change my flight date they told me it is better for you to buy new ticket than changing your ticket....they said I have to pay $900 to change the date of a ticket that I bought for $600, although They told when I’m buying the ticket that I can change it when I want. Third:- NO REFUND. I’m not going to use this app again, and I advice you not to.
