Unfortunately I fell victim before I read reviews. Avoid this service. Not everything they claim is true.when They Sell travel protection plans to you. It never covers what it’s supposed to do. In case of issues when you need protection with the purchased plan, They offer to refund only the travel plan amount. The bulk of money used to purchase tickets are lost. You lose money using this service.

I purchased our tickets at CheapOair from our last December 2018 vacation in the Philippines. No problems at all. And they keep me updated every time changes of our upcoming flights then. Thank you guys for all you do. Now I’m currently hunting for our next vacation for this year.
