They charge me just about 300 dollars to book a flight. Then the same day, I learned I was being charged 300 too book a flight I canceled my other flights I had booked with cheep o air that was on November 9th 2019. I’m am still fighting with them for a refund. Not to mention they up charge me on insurance. By 83.95. They also up charge me for the ticket by 500 dollars. How may you ask did they up charge me 500 dollar. You see my friend booked the ticket with cheep o air. There was a problem with his payment. They called him. He missed the call with cheep o air. He immediately call me and gave me his booking number and asked if I could call and pay the ticket for him. I said absolutely I’ll help. (By the way my friend lives in Lebanon) so I call cheep o air and I give them booking number and I ask to pay The ticket. The operator tells me he can get me a better deal on the ticket I say ok. So he canceled that ticket and at that time I didn’t know that my friend book his ticket for $ 809 dollars. So cheep air then proceeds to viciously and with out malice charge me just about 1400 for the ticket. I am thinking this is a better deal.( I don’t have any knowledge of the price my friend ticket he booked at this time ). Then my friend ticket. Come to find out they charge me $ 500 plus more the ticket. So people be very careful with cheep o air. Ask questions ask them how much they are actually charging you to purchase this plane ticket. They charge me 300 to book my recent flight. And they charge me 120 for anther I didn’t find out they charge me that much to book the ticket until I seen my credit card bill. they bill me 3 days in a row for the same purchase. 3 different fees for one purchase One fee for 9.99 One fee of 109. And one fee for 1045 Theses charges are the ones I been waiting on a refund since November 9 2019 I been on the phone which cheep o air for10 hours on this problem.

I used CheapOAir for years. No more. Customer service is terrible. These Indian men are hard to understand but their main goal is to charge you unreasonable fees for services. Watch out. Need to add a middle name to a reservation you just made an hour ago so that it conforms to the passport? That will be $200. These people are ripoff artists. Just say, “No.” Don’t pay.

I’m not for sure what the deal is for this app but I was unable to book a flight after entering payment info. I got an error message Cannot Book. Then I booked the exact same flights on Priceline for cheaper.

We booked a recent flight to London and Johannesburg South Africa, booked it on the app & shortly afterwards we received a phone call, the finalized our tickets by selecting our seats & helped on each leg by keeping layovers minimal & getting window seats, awesome service through and through I added the reservation to the Lufthansa app and can see the seats and info all there I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them in the future, this trip is still several months off and any time a flight changes I get an instant email! Keep up the good work!

I have to say this this one of the best booking flight I could come across. Very convenient nice nice and the price are very fair. I’ll give them a 10
