Touch ID use to work now it doesn't . I've had to reinstall the app to get it to work . After several reinstalls no more Touch ID . ?

Crashes and changes settings

Crashed when trying to do a simple transfer. Also lost ability to use fingerprint ID. Deleting app and reloading fixed the problem. Happens often.

I go through my account many times in a day, sometimes. And the way it would show where transactions were made were very convenient and easy to see. But now with this new update... I am really not "enjoying" it, it is difficult to navigate and now i can't see where and how much the purchases/charges are made. Take the new update back please!

this new update is really bad, remove all the previous activities and only able to see pending amount.

Excellent and Awesome app and looks great and it is some thing like Bank is in our hand and can do all transactions with out some one's help. Now sorting makes me to find my transaction very easy.

Very frustrating that the new update makes it so you can only see per statements, rather than just scrolling down through all recent transactions. Now this app is like most other banking apps, unintuitive. It's ok to have the option to see statements but too old school to make it the only option. I hate how I you have to use a password to make a payment, what's the purpose of a fingerprint scanner again?? I can't believe that there's no easy function for doing calculations. Such as tapping on a number to copy and adding it to a calculations workbook of some sort.

The chase banking app is good. It exceeds that of The Bank of America app, the only other bank app I've seen. Yet a recent policy change for Quick Pay has rendered that feature unusable but it still clutters the mobile app. Their communication center remains a web based front end to their old mainframe communication center and has never been properly integrated. The interface was altered, but it's only lipstick on a pig (no offense, pigs). It is a shame the greedy executive decision on quick pay trashes an otherwise elegant bank app.
