Random error message “We do not recognize your device” “ Too many login attempts” I have touch ID. “Incorrect password” “please reset password or contact support” what happened is there a new glitch???

Great app and but please add support for the iPhone X so it can be full screen. Overall great app and quick notifications.

The app seems to not active finger print most of the times. Also when that happens even logging in through your own password says “app unavailable”. Worst banking app ever!

Rewards Issue

The app itself is great. No problems with paying the card, viewing transaction histories, or seeing my rewards total at the bottom. My two biggest issues are that 1) when you click the redeem rewards, it goes to a blank page and nothing loads. It has always been this way for me, despite updates to the app and phone. And 2) it takes a little more time then I would like to reflect activity. All in all, solid app.

Fix the passwords expiring!

I am beyond annoyed. Nearly EVERY time I log in it removes the touch passcode and makes me manually type my password. This wouldn’t be so bad but the app keeps expiring my password. The first few times I did this I thought maybe I was so used to the touch that I truly forgot my password. Then, after a couple times I stored my password in a secure location just in case and sure enough when I went to enter it, it isn’t recognized anymore! It’s the app, not me. I even checked my last text to reset my password and it was only 29 days ago. Come on already, fix this flaw.
