Horrible Platform- Completely inefficient

This was so frustrating to have to move away from Concur and start using this subpar app. You have to use both the app and then the website just to do one thing. Don’t buy the sizzle, this app just doesn’t cut it for salespeople who need a quick and easy way to file expenses. I hate this app and have to use it multiple times daily. I used to spend minutes on expenses per week now it’s easily over an hour.

THE worst tool ever. Cumbersome. Buggy. And way too many steps. Expenses are never enjoyable but now I loathe doing them because of Certify. Both mobile and web based tools are painful to say the least. No clue why this is the platform with which my employer chooses to continue.
Why so negative

I was reading some of the negative reviews, and have not had any of the experiences those folks have had. App is easy to use and the website is the same. I take a picture of the receipt while at the lunch table with customers, autofill the data, record who was with me for lunch and sync. It’s really that simple. I do have to manually record the tip for the server, as the app cannot recognize my handwriting, but that’s not a deal breaker for me.

Usually works well. Seems to improve with time. Occasionally doesn’t work correctly and have to correct but overall user friendly
Why?

Terrible, just terrible! If I get expense kicked back there is not rhyme or reason why. I am left to simply guess and resubmit. Somewhere in the sky I am hoping the great god of Acme has an anvil awaiting to deposit upon your company like the coyote you deserve to be.

Like mobile app actually better than web based. Easy to use including mileage with built in map produced to meet submitted guidelines. Do wish on the category selection it was possible to read the whole selection name on the scroll as sometimes I am not sure if my expense fits a certain category and I need to go online to read whole description - good app though
