Easy to use

This app is very easy to use, the only thing is that you have to be careful when auto fill because sometimes it will change your category.
Great but could be even better
waiting-for weeks
Great system. The process to submit deserves 5 stars. However daily reminders for the app rovers would improve greatly. They get that one email and that is it. The next reminder they get is when another expense report is submitted. I have waited up to 3 weeks for approval. This is not due to the system but could be improved if a daily reminder was sent each day an expense sits awaiting action.

The Certify app has made submitting expenses so much more efficient. The easy to use app allows you to snap photos of receipts, auto fill pertinent information, then auto draft expense reports to submit within a matter of minutes! It makes expense reports so quick and easy. Thanks!

Super easy and intuitive. Can add receipts anywhere. Never lose receipt again. Takes less time. And it prompts you for everything you need to add. AMAZING.

It took me a few times to learn how to use the program. But after I realized I found out how it works it works like a charm every time good product

I like using the app. I’m from the days of taping receipts to a piece of paper and making 3 copies. Then completing the report by hand. This app makes getting repaid for my expenses soo much easier. They need to improve the auto fill feature to better recognize the expense.

This product makes my life easier on the expense submitted, approval and payment front. Very easy to use. Not sure why I see any negative reviews to be honest. As you get receipts, add them to your wallet and then create an expense report whenever you’re ready. Simple!

Like that I can take a picture of the receipt right in the restaurant or car. Does take time to key in, but like it better then copying receipts and printing expense report to mail in. Can be challenging to fix a bad receipt, but still an improvement.
Unclear, not intuitive, awful

So many fake reviews, do not be fooled. Terrible app, extremely frustrating to use. Already wasted a couple hours of my company’s time to learn (still not competent with the app). Very disappointed my company is using this.
