Why so negative – Certify Mobile Review

I was reading some of the negative reviews, and have not had any of the experiences those folks have had. App is easy to use and the website is the same. I take a picture of the receipt while at the lunch table with customers, autofill the data, record who was with me for lunch and sync. It’s really that simple. I do have to manually record the tip for the server, as the app cannot recognize my handwriting, but that’s not a deal breaker for me.
