Ease of use with minor issues

Verify makes keeping track of receipts etc. very easy. Take a snapshot with your phone and it’s loaded to your wallet. I do my expenses on my laptop for the most part. There are some steps that can get annoying but the process is linear. Some folks just don’t have mind power to overcome the steps. Practice makes perfect. It makes me sad that people complain online because they are incapable of figuring this app out like so many others. Can you believe though we made it to the moon and back? Hard to believe when people pull their hair out over a few steps.

Great tool, easy to use mobile app for collecting and submitting expense reports. I wish the auto fill function was better, rarely does it capture the needed information I still have to manually use the drop-down boxes to enter it. Hope they work on this feature otherwise great tool.

Please improve OCR auto fill

I like this app and find it easy to use along with the desktop version. Too often though it does not auto fill correctly from receipt images. Simple things that should easily be recognized on a receipt are not populating and need manual intervention

Well - I like it when I remember how it all works. If there were some help features or step by step instructions it would be more helpful. I guess I am one of those folks that doesn’t use it often enough to remember all the little nuances.

Add a segment feature on mobile is a nightmare Calculates expense $ totals but you must add your mileage up yourself if you are double checking. 2 addresses less than 5 miles apart calculate at 1500 or something ridiculous. Everything else works fine.

App is user friendly on the go, I don’t have to use my laptop, I do all my expenses off my phone of IPad. Mobility is key when you are on the road most of the time.
