Really? This is you way of competing with Grab? Whoever on your IT and marketing departments thought that this was an improvement on the last app should be fired. It is garbage and probably costing you ridership.

Go back to the old version - it was far better.

Please go back to the old version because it was more reliable and easier to use. This new version has inferior functionality, such as the inability to use the other functions in the app while one is in the the taxi - this version only allows you to see the map and the taxi number of one’s current ride. There are other areas of this new version which are inferior compared to the previous version. This new version is terrible.

Please revert back to old app. Didn’t save detailed information for taxi pickup I entered. The changes are ugly and clunky. Not as user friendly. Seriously considering a different taxi company based on ease of use made more difficult.

There are so many bugs you can’t even leave a feedback because it wouldn’t allow you to. Being a billion dollar company Comfort can’t even get a simple booking app to function well. When I scan a QR code for payment it tells me the taxi is invalid!!!!!!!

Besides being a great leap backwards in Appland, it’s one I try to use approx 1.5 times daily. Unfortunately it hangs so often I have to reinstall 4-5 times per week!! Get your act together, CDG!!!

This new app is pure garbage. Why are you forcing it on your users? Are you enticing them to switch to Grab? FIX IT OR LET US DOWNGRADE TO OLD APP WHICH WAS PERFECTLY FUNCTIONAL!!!!

I stuck with comfort when Uber and grab come in. Now you’re new app is so terrible I don’t even know how to book a ride. Why make it so difficult and slow? The map lags and can’t understand where the taxi is on the map; changing payment method between cash and masterpass takes too long; I can’t figure out how to enter pickup location / destination. Bad! Bad! Bad! So unhappy.

The app doesn’t work - pinwheels through and can’t get the location right. I now use Grab because it won’t work.

Cannot add a credit card, keeps asking for password over and over again and won’t even let me type in a new card, let alone save it. C’mom guys - this is level 1... if you can’t figure out how to get payment straight, what else can you expect to do...
