Doesn’t even always start.

Latest version often just shows the blue screen and a spinning wheel. Needs to be killed and restarted to finally work. I suspect it has something to do with the stupid ads shown upon launching. Who cares and wants ads? Is that why I’m opening a taxi app: to see ads??!! Otherwise the app is buggy, slow and doesn’t have a good inventory of point of interests. Good start but lots of room for improvement. Please start by getting rid of ads.

Comfort is very slow to adapt to Grab and GoJek who do NOT charge a service fee or extra charge for using a credit card. App often does mot match drivers as well as Grab and GoJek. Always the slowest to do so. Comfort is just more expensive and less convenient. I do like some of the drivers who are typically a bit more mature and experienced but this does not relate to the app though.
Latest version keeps crashing!

Latest version keeps crashing whenever I try to pay for street hail by scanning QR or entering plate number. Super troublesome. Pls fix ASAP!

It is always crashing, always hangs, it is very slow. I love comfort but the app is such a pain I end up using grab instead

Freezes and crashes almost every time, with obviously inaccurate estimates of taxi timing. Who wrote this rubbish? I’ve given up in disgust and now I book taxis via Grab.
Bugs since the initial stage, what a bad experience

The very basic function of the taxi app like detecting your current location 'Pick up here' just didn't work. No response when pressing on the button. Manually search for the famous location like 'Golden Miles complex' just didn't show up.

App tells me I can get discount for the new "pay for steet hail" feature. I proceed to sign up. But it is not immediately obvious that there's an extra step whereby I have to choose the discount coupon before it is applied. UI is clunky and deliberately deceptive. I don't think Comfort Delgro realises still that they have serious competition on their hands now. ? Won't be fooled a second time.

app loves to crash

majority of the time after IOS update.. app doesnt work at all and needs to uninstall it then reinstall for it to just work again
