Lousy app

Lousy app. Couldn’t make another booking while I’m on ride with scheduled booking. How is it possible that bad app programmer running good taxi service into the ground?

The old app was pretty bad, but this update is even worse. The update promised better UI, but it is infinitely worse. If I were a major company I would be ashamed of this

How is it that a perfectly good app could be totally screwed up by this latest update? It is now almost unusable. I like that you can get a receipt by email, but beyond that, it stinks.

The new UI/UX is horrible. Trying to cramp so many things in a page is just poor design .. and once the taxi is on the move, there is no way to go back to the main page. Overall a poorer design than the prior version.


Worst taxi app ever! Forcing me to use Grab!!

It deserves zero star! I can’t even get it to work! I got frozen screen at the start, or frozen screen after confirming destination. U/I is purely illogical! Cramping too much on one screen. Pure frustration! Gave up and went to Grab which I also dislike but at least the U/I works and I can book a cab.


Big step backwards

New app is a big step backwards. Navigation is difficult for example getting back to the main menu once a booking is confirmed. My credit card and favorites all info had to be re entered. The ads at the bottom are extremely annoying. Sometimes leave good enough alone and don’t try to be clever. Will likely switch to grab simply because the app is more intuitive.

The new app estimated arrival time is totally inaccurate. It always say <1 min.

After a few days and bug updates it works fine. A bit cluttered and it’s awkward to select pickup from favorites. But it’s not unusable.


App needs total overhaul

I am unable to start the app???? V4.0.3 - it is not bug fixes but bug introduction... Thank you very much...went with Grab!
