After booking via customer service,app doesn’t allow to choose Masterpass.Screen immediately shows the transit map.No option to change the payment method.Kindly allow to change payment method when during transit.This new updated app is REALLY BAD!!!!Are the developers even listening to us loyal customers?!?!

Difficult to figure out how to advance schedule a ride. Then no way to view scheduled rides. Unacceptable


Bring back the old app

This new and “improved” app doesn’t work at all and deserves a negative star. After the “upgrade” to the latest version, it wouldn’t open. So, I deleted it and downloaded it again from the App Store. Now in order to open the app, it requires me to input a 4-digit OTP code that repeatedly is never texted to me. I can’t even open the app. The old app worked well and rarely had issues. Why did you ruin a good thing? Please re-instate the old app for iPhone.

The new app is terrible!!!!!!!!! It’s so much harder to navigate. I can’t book multiple taxis when I need more than one car. The new app doesn’t call when the taxi arrives. Please go back to the old app. All of my co-workers, who take taxis daily agree!

I’m trying to stay positive and see the light of this...but you either do not care or you’re so myopic to hear what your customers have been telling since you downgraded your app to whatever this is...one that only serves to frustrate and irk your customers who have stayed loyal and supportive of your drivers. I’m afraid your non-responsiveness is regarded as dismissive... and I will prefer to start using Gojek given how well thought out and easy to use their app is. And unless you can either bring back the old app or provide us with a much better user experience ASAP, I’m afraid that Gojek will get most of my business.


Bugs still not fixed!

I reviewed this app a few weeks ago with hopes that the company would fix the bugs. Prebook did a taxi last night to go to the airport but the booking has disappeared from the app this morning. I called and was told I have a cab but it doesn’t show on the app and so I can’t track where the taxi is or have the phone number to call if it doesn’t show up. There isn’t even a way to cancel my booking if I wanted to! C’mon ComfortDelGro! Fix your app!!
