This app has many issues. It has a terrible database for the address, compared to grab. I’ve encountered many issues when inputting an address or business name, and this app cannot recognize the address in its system.
Doesn’t handle exceptions well and missing features

When it works it handles booking and payments well. kudos. However, two key features are missing: 1) a timer showing an updated ETA (the current timer only shows the ETA from the time the driver accepts the booking) 2) ability to share ride status and ETA in a real-time web app Most critically, the app doesn’t handle exceptions well. For example, if the driver cancels the app doesn’t allow you to rebook using the same payment method as it thinks it’s being used for another booking. This is a strange design decision.

They’ve really improved this app so that the entire experience is seamless from the booking of your cab to it’s tracking and final payment via credit cards or PayLah! Or NETS.

Sometimes this app just stalls. (Usually when you need it the most.) User inputs the postal code or address — even a common one like home — and the app just hangs with its spinning circle of doom, never locating the address. Rebooting the app and/or phone sometimes helps, sometimes doesn’t. Otherwise it’s a pretty good app, usually works fine. Just have an insurance policy quickly available.

This app was usually reliable for me. Then one day in an urgent need to get somewhere I open the app and it just won't connect and pick up any addresses. Migrating to Grab now.. no point in using an app you can't rely on when in a hurry.

JSON Error

This app used to work, but for the last week I have been receiving an error “JSON could not be serialized because of error: the data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format. ” I tried deleting and reinstalling and it did not fix the error.
Stopped working

App stopped working after phone was upgraded to iOS 15. Error message says phone is jail broken, which is false - and is the only app on my phone with this error message.

I don’t know who is the genius that though putting huge adds that cover the screen is a good idea, but the new iteration is just plain horrible. The user interface is a jumbled mess, loading times are ridiculous, the loyalty program is disruptive and difficult to sign up. Comfort should just fire the whole app development team and start from scratch.
