Horrible customer service

Called the corporate center. The phone microphone on their end was barely audible. Lady I was speaking too was rude and not helpful at all. I never write reviews but had to say something due to their terrible service.
Bugged out after like a week

I have to go up to my math professor every class to explain that the app won’t work, so she can manually take my attendance. She then tells me to go to the IT department where they cannot fix this. I have to deal with this every single time I come to class. Y’all gotta fix this
Add 3D Touch support from the home screen?

It works sometimes but I'd be nice to be able to use 3D Touch or Apple wallet so I don't have to actually go into the app every single time

This app has screwed me so many times it’s not even funny. I’m writing this as I am locked out of my dorm at 2 am because this app won’t let me verify my credentials. Giving my final presentation on no sleep should be fun though. Good luck to all others that are also reading these reviews because they app has also similarly screwed them.

I downloaded and re-downloaded the app so many times, and it would never go past where I put in my school’s URL. I got a new phone, and the same thing happened. Would love for it to work, a great concept in theory.
