This app is horrible. Doesn’t work.

idk why there are so many negative reviews! this app is super convenient for me because i’ve locked myself out of my room and building and it’s been able to work every time with getting back in and i don’t have to call campus police!

i am locked out of my dorm and i’ve used this app before and it has worked but now it’s been an hour and a half and it’s 530am and the app doesn’t work. i’m mad.

This app is so unbelievably bad. I cannot even begin to describe it. I do not know how any university can spend any amount of money on this service, in fact, I am ashamed that part of my tuition goes toward this app. Why doesn’t it work?!

Has a 50% working rate. every time you use it it’s a gamble whether you get a random error or not. Actually atrocious

Laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaal

I’ve had two different phones and it hasn’t worked on either. Won’t let me get past the log in page because none of the buttons work. College requires it to get food and get access but I can’t use it. This app is the absolute worst. If your thinking about using it for your school, don’t. An IOU is more reliable than this app
